During the initial consultation, we will meet at a coffee shop or other public space. During the one-hour consultation, I will ask you questions about previous birth experiences (if applicable) and your goals and needs for this current pregnancy and birth.

The core of my practice as a doula is working with mothers in labor. I truly cherish working with mothers during the unique and beautiful process of birth. My services as a birth doula include emotional support, relaxation techniques, comfort measures, informational support, and advocacy.

In my role as a postpartum doula, I focus on helping both mom and baby thrive. My goal is to take care of you so you can care for your baby. This service can include helping you process your birth, newborn care, assisting you in your recovery, assistance with nursing or bottle feeding, as well as helping with cooking and light housework.
