Birth Doula Services
The core of my practice as a doula is working with mothers in labor. I truly cherish working with mothers during the unique and beautiful process of birth. My services as a birth doula include emotional support, relaxation techniques, comfort measures, informational support, and advocacy.
If you chose to hire me as a doula my birth doula services include:

Two to three 90-minute prenatal visits
Informational and Emotional Support throughout pregnancy via email, text, and phone calls
24/7 on-call for labor starting at 38 weeks
Emotional, informational, and physical support through labor
Advocacy as needed during labor
Once you call me to join you during labor I will be present throughout labor and I will remain with you after your baby is born and you feel comfortable with me leaving (up to three hours)
