What to expect at your initial consultation

During the initial consultation, we will meet at a coffee shop or other public space. During the one-hour consultation, I will ask you questions about previous birth experiences (if applicable) and your goals and needs for this current pregnancy and birth.

My goal is to get to know what you are looking for in a doula and what your needs are, so we can discuss if I can meet those needs. It's also a time for you to ask me any questions you have.
