About Me
After the birth of my first daughter and the amazing support I received from my Doula, I knew I wanted to help other women achieve their best birth. I decided I could best help other women by becoming a Doula myself. Every woman deserves to feel loved and supported during this incredible journey to motherhood. I feel very honored to be invited into a laboring women's birthing space and my ultimate goal is to help moms to feel relaxed and empowered no matter what their birth choices are.

Birth Doula Services
The core of my practice as a doula is working with mothers in labor. I truly cherish working with mothers during the unique and beautiful process of birth. My services as a birth doula include emotional support, relaxation techniques, comfort measures, informational support, and advocacy.

I met Laura through Spokane Midwives, and after meeting her for the first time, I just felt comfortable with her. She made it clear to me, that I would be in good hands and she would not only help to support me through one of the most vulnerable times of my life, but also that she would help to empower me with any decisions I felt necessary. She came on the day, I was already in depth with my hard labor, and she jumped right in, encouraging me to eat, drink, and was whispering words of encouragement to me the entire time. When it was right for me, I moved into the pool, set up in my livingroom, and she held my hand, never leaving my side, constantly reassuring me that I could do this.It was the most terrifying, raw, beautiful and empowering thing I have ever done in my life, and she was there and cared for me like I was a close friend. To this day, we share a bond, that I can't say I share with anyone else because of her support and what we went through. I was so happy to have her there and would recommend her to anyone.
